I have alway gotten maths anxiety which put me off maths but getting to know how to manage my maths anxiety through red, yellow and green zone helped me .When I find myself in the red zone which is the anxiety Zone, I use breathing tactics and if it doesn’t work I leave it and give my self some time off. Eventually I return to the part of maths that was challenging. I also watch different online maths videos to get diffirent explanations that will help me to understand the part I am finding hard. Doing this helps me as I end up getting someone that can break it down to my understanding and that is amazing. I would 100% recommended trying these techniques.
